When attached to a Type G adapter (sold separately, PN: 61 44 8 490 518) a maximum charging capacity of up to 2.3 kW (10 A) can be achieved at domestic socket outlets (UK 3-pin). Faster charging is made possible by optionally available adapter cables, which can be used for charging at industrial socket outlets with up to 11 kW possible, (depending on the available infrastructure and vehicle capability). The Flexible Charger automatically adjusts the charging power relative to the connected adapter and switches off automatically in the event of power faults or overheating. Its compact dimensions, the six-metre long charging cable and its waterproof design make it a perfect companion in every respect. At home, it becomes a mobile Wallbox thanks to the optionally available wall mount.
